I’ve had a passion for health and fitness for 7 years, working with clients for 4-5 years. Prior to that I danced for 10+ years. Now my passion is helping create a healthy relationship with exercise, training and nutrition. Coaching people to fuel their bodies, an 80/20 lifestyle - a sustainable one!

- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Level II First aid & CPR
- Boxing skills & Fitness
- Modern mobility methods
- Kettlebell training
